Matt is known for being able to explain cloud technology in a non-technical way and for giving practical hints and tips and how small businesses can take advantage of cloud technology now in order to gain a competitive edge in business.
Carol said, ‘We have been using Cloud technology in our business with success for some time now. An example of some of the benefits we have found of using the Cloud are:
So we decided to invite Matt to Edinburgh to share his knowledge with our clients and contacts to help them understand what the Cloud is all about and how they could use Cloud technology in their own businesses.’
Following the seminar, Matt will also be training 6 of Springfords’ accountants on Liquid Accounts award-winning cloud accounting software so that they can offer support and training to their Liquid clients and become an ambassador for Liquid Accounts in Scotland.
Matt said, ‘Springfords is one of a new breed of pro-active accountants who are willing to embrace new technology and explore different options for their clients in order to offer a better, more efficient service. These are the sorts of firms that we want to partner with and in return we can offer them training, support and help promote them and their services via our website, marketing materials and by organising joint events like this one – and ultimately we hope to bring them new Liquid customers.
‘And I’m always happy to be in Scotland – I got married in Scotland and my family is from Scotland, which is why I’m known for wearing a kilt when I collect our awards at events like the Software Satisfaction Awards!’
